Yes, we will handle it all from marketing, advertising and screening of all perspective tenants.
This will be determined by many factors including, but not limited to, the current market rates, the location of the property, and condition of the property.
We do! Of course, we will keep you informed of any issues that arise with your property, however, one of the advantages of hiring a property manager is that you do not have to handle these issues on your own. We will take responsibility for answering these calls and hiring the appropriate contractor and/or handyman to fix the problem.
Yes! We will do extensive background checks on all perspective tenants including credit check, criminal background, rental verification and employment verification.
Our application fee is currently $50 per applicant. Anyone 18 years old or older who will be living in the property will need to complete an application and pay an application fee.
No. Since we use these fees to offset the cost of background checks, once we have processed your application the fee will not be refunded.
Since we may receive multiple applications for one property, we will rent the property on a first come, first served basis. If you are not the first approved, and we have other properties available, you will be given the option of renting another comparable property. If we do not have other properties available we will hold your application for a limited period in case a comparable property becomes available during that time.
Because we manage properties for many different owners, the answer to this question will depend on which property you are interested in renting. In order to find out if pets are allowed at a specific property, you will need to contact our office.
